Kirsh Group Likely To Buy London’s Tower 42

The family office of Natie Kirsh, a South African investor, is in discussions to acquire London’s Tower 42.

The family office of Natie Kirsh, a South African investor, is in discussions to acquire London’s Tower 42, Property Week reports. The asset is owned by a joint venture between LaSalle Investment Management, Blackrock’s U.K. property fund and Hermes Real Estate.

The Kirsh Group has offered £290 million for the 42-story building and surrounding units, outbidding competitor Exemplar. A price of £290 million reflects a 6.9 percent yield. Jones Lang LaSalle is adviser to the seller.
