Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) is set to acquire a £180 million portfolio of industrial properties from Prologis, owner and developer of distribution facilities worldwide, PropertyEU reports. CB Richard Ellis and Dowley Turner Real Estate were appointed to market the assets earlier this year.
The acquisition will be the first major investment in the U.K. market by MSREF since 2005. It acquired a £1 billion development portfolio from Royal Bank of Scotland six years ago.
