Willis North America, a unit of global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings, has expanded its construction practice with the appointment of John Nissley, Ron Phillips, Bryant Steele, Paul Becker, Brian Sena, Joel Cannon and Patrick Conroy. In its construction practice, the firm has appointed Nissley as practice leader in Pittsburgh, Phillips and Steele as vice president in Chicago, Sena as account executive in San Francisco and Cannon as surety manager in Birmingham.
Becker has joined as senior claims consultant of strategic outcomes practice in Dallas and Conroy as senior vice president of risk control in New Orleans. Previously, Nissley was associated with Zurich Financial Services, Phillips and Steele with Aon Corp., Becker with American Contractors Insurance Group, Sena with Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Cannon with the Hartford Financial Services Group and Conroy with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
