Global alternative asset manager the Carlyle Group has appointed Randall Whitestone as principal and director of communications (Comm) for the Americas. Based in New York, he will head Carlyle’s diverse communications operations in North and South America.
He will also counsel senior executives and investment professionals on external and internal communications planning. Additionally, he will advise and support portfolio firms. Whitestone joins from independent asset management firm Neuberger Berman Group, where he worked as global head of corporate communications.
