Parmenter Realty Partners has acquired an office building located in Atlanta, Georgia for its hedge fund (HF). The acquisition is one of the first for Parmenter Realty Fund IV, which is on target to reach its goal of $500 million.
Financing was provided by American National Insurance Co., represented by Gary Dunkman. The fund is focused on distressed assets in the southern half of the U.S.
