Moelis & Co. has appointed David Cheyne as vice chairman of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) investment banking. He will work from London. Cheyne will be responsible for boosting senior client relationships, facilitating new business introductions and offering technical leadership and counsel on deal execution. Before joining Moelis, he was senior partner at Linklaters.
