Kansas Univ Gets $112M From KU Endowment

KU Endowment has given a total of $112.3 million to the University of Kansas in fiscal year 2011. The funds help support the university’s four campuses and the University of Kansas Hospital.

The endowment benefits students, programs, research, faculty, facilities and patient care. Market value of the total assets of KU Endowment, which comprises endowed funds, real estate and other special holdings, have risen to $1.65 billion during fiscal 2011 from $1.48 billion in fiscal 2010.
