UBS Restructuring Head Quits

Steven Smith, head of restructuring at UBS Investment Bank, has resigned.

Steven Smith, head of restructuring at UBS Investment Bank, has resigned, Bloomberg reports. He is planning to join private equity firm Aurora Capital Group.

Smith has worked with UBS for a decade and led restructuring, leveraged finance and financial sponsors efforts. Before joining the investment bank, he was with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, which was acquired in 2000 by Credit Suisse Group.
