The National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) has rolled out a fiduciary liability insurance program. The retirement system has launched the plan for its members along with Ullico Casualty Group.
The NCPERS fiduciary liability insurance program, available through independent insurance agents and brokers, will include a duty-to-defend provision with the policyholder’s right to choose a defense attorney. The program is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2011 for policies beginning January 1.
