Pramerica is seeking to sell an office building in Paris for around €140 million, Property Week reports. The Tour Vista is completely let and a sale at the asking price will represent a yield of around 5.9 percent.
The building is being marketed by Savills and CB Richard Ellis. German open-ended fund manager Pramerica is also looking to sell a property in London’s Midtown for £75 million.
