The Texas Public Policy Foundation has appointed Thomas Lindsay as the new director of the Center for Higher Education. He will be based in the foundation’s Austin office.
Previously, Lindsay was president at Shimer College in Chicago and executive vice president at Seton Hall University in South Orange. He has also worked at the National Endowment for the Humanities as deputy chairman and COO.
