Macquarie Group has hired Thomas Caracciola as head of Macquarie Futures USA. Based in New York, his new role has commenced from September 20. Most recently, Caracciola was at Goldman Sachs vice president in client relationship management. Before that, he was with Greenwich Capital and Merrill Lynch & Co.
