Allianz Global Investors has rolled out its second renminbi fund, Investment Week reports. The Luxembourg-domiciled Allianz RCM Renminbi Currency Fund will provide investors exposure to the expected appreciation of the currency. The fund, to be managed by Helen Lam, will invest in a range of renminbi-denominated currency deposits. She also manages the company’s first renminbi offering, which was soft-closed in August raising €450 million.
