Lehman Brothers Holdings has filed a lawsuit against a real estate fund run by Goldman Sachs Group over a failed $1.26 billion real estate deal, The Wall Street Journal reports. Goldman-led U.S. Real Estate Opportunities fund, which was set to acquire a portfolio of 10 office buildings in a suburb of Washington, has been accused of walking away from the deal.

Lehman is now seeking claims of $100 million from the fund over the “unjustified” cancelation of the deal. The lawsuit said the fund ended the deal because Lehman had allegedly failed to meet certain conditions of the agreement.
