Avondale Partners has appointed Emily Evans and Terry Thornber as vice presidents in its municipal bond trading department. Evans will be in charge of research and analytics for state and local bond issuers. Thornber will handle institutional and dealer account sales.
The duo will be based in Avondale’s Nashville headquarters and will join managing director Richard Sale. Most recently, Thornber was a consultant advising institutional accounts and individual clients on municipal bond and personal wealth management matters. Previously, Evans has worked with Glickenhaus & Co. and J.C. Bradford & Co. and Thornber was with Raymond James & Associates and ABN Amro Investments.
