Provider of technologically advanced alternative market centers and innovative market level trading solutions Chi-X Global Holdings has received equity investments from five financial institutions. The investments come from, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Getco LLC, Goldman Sachs Group, Morgan Stanley and Quantlab Group.
Nomura Holdings company Instinet continues to be the largest equity holder in Chi-X Global through a subsidiary company. San Francisco–based Financial Technology Partners and FTP Securities advised Instinet and Chi-X Global on the transaction whose terms were not disclosed.
