Seattle-based alternative investment adviser Columbia Pacific Advisors (CPA) has picked software and technology services company SunGard’s Investran solution for automating partnership accounting across its investment portfolios. Columbia will access Investran via SunGard’s hosted Infinity software-as-a-service delivery model.
Investran will help CPA in business growth without the addition of extra employees. The solution will be used for deal management, investor relations, fund and investor accounting and flexible reporting. Its integrated solution suite will remove disparate databases to boost operational efficiency and attain improved levels of scalability.
