Threadneedle Investments executive chairman Simon Davies will be retiring in June, Citywire reports. Crispin Henderson, CEO, will continue to lead the firm. He joined the firm in 1995 as CIO and took over as chairman in 2007. He was also the firm’s CEO for eight years.
