Standard Life AM Euro EQ Manager Quits

Iain Galloway has stepped down as European equity manager of Standard Life Investments, a European asset manager.

Iain Galloway has stepped down as European equity (EQ) manager of Standard Life Investments, a European asset manager, Investment Week reports. Galloway plans to pursue other opportunities.

Galloway, who joined Standard Life in 1997 as an analyst, has managed the group’s €47million Luxembourg-domiciled Sicav European Equities Unconstrained fund since it was launched in 2008. His responsibilities will now be taken over by head of European equities Stan Pearson.
