SocGen Expands Rates Strategy Team

Societe Generale Cross Asset Research has boosted its global research capabilities for rates by appointing Alberto Brondolo as head of global inflation strategy and Julian Wiseman as head of U.K. rates strategy.

Societe Generale Cross Asset Research has boosted its global research capabilities for rates by appointing Alberto Brondolo as head of global inflation strategy and Julian Wiseman as head of U.K. rates strategy. Based in London, the duo will work under Vincent Chaigneau, global head of rates strategy. Brondolo was previously with Barclays Capital as a director of inflation product manager and with Lehman Brothers Holdings as vice president, global inflation product manager and structurer. Before joining Societe Generale, Wiseman was a senior fixed-income strategist at Rohatyn Group, a $2 billion emerging-market hedge fund in New York.
