New York–headquartered investment banking and wealth management firm Maxim Group has boosted its senior management team with the appointment of five executives. Former U.S. equity sales head at ESN North America, Alessandro Profita, will be head of international sales and trading, responsible for product and services expansion in Europe. Dirk van Erp joins as senior vice president of institutional equity sales from Duncan-Williams Inc., where he was senior vice president. John-Paul Cirigliano, Dennis Nitka and Josh Levy have also been appointed senior vice presidents for institutional sales trading at the firm.
