Lloyds Banking Group has appointed new divisional heads of talent and development, The Grapevine reports. Katherine Sergent will head group executive functions, Richard Wade group operations, Gill McNeill wealth and international, retail products and marketing, and Sarah Clark the wholesale and commercial division.
Fresh appointments have also been made in Lloyds’ Centres of Excellence. These include Brendan Kelly as talent and performance director, Phil Langstaff as head of executive resourcing, Lisa Adams as head of executive and leadership development, Gill Rees as learning director and Simon Brown as head of learning transformation.
