GTCR has promoted Aaron Cohen and Sean Cunningham as principals. Cohen joined GTCR in 2003, whereas Cunningham joined GTCR in 2001.
Cohen and Cunningham were previously vice presidents. Currently, Cohen sits on the boards of AssuredPartners, BankServ, Ironshore and Protection 1 and Cunningham on the boards of Devicor Medical Products and Sterigenics.
