The Santa Barbara County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement System is seeking a general investment consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. The consultant will work along with the $1.9 billion system’s real estate and private equity consultants ORG and Hamilton Lane to execute a new asset allocation. The system’s existing consultant Pension Consulting Alliance (PCA) conducted the asset allocation study and has been invited to rebid. PCA’s contract is ending on December 31.
