OTC Global Holdings has appointed Suresh Dongre as CIO. He will also be the company’s chief technology officer of the independent interdealer broker. Dongre joins OTC Global from Saracen Energy Advisors, where he was CIO. Before that, he was associated with Citadel Investment Group and UBS.
