BlueMountain Capital Management has selected David Rubenstein as CEO for Europe. He joined the firm in 2006 and will also carry on his roles of both CFO and general counsel globally. Rubenstein will take up the new responsibilities from Jeffrey Kushner, who is retiring from the asset management business. The firm has also added managing director Noam Leslau to its U.K. offices’ business development team. Leslau will also be based in BlueMountain’s London office along with Rubenstein.
