PKA To Invest €50M In Global Property Fund

Denmark’s pension scheme PKA is investing €50 million in a global property fund.

Denmark’s pension scheme PKA is investing €50 million in a global property fund, IPE reports. As part of a plan to boost international real estate holdings, the pensions administrator is allocating the money to the SPF II fund, managed by Danish investment manager Sparinvest.

Other investors investing in the property fund include Danish pension funds Lærernes Pension and PenSam. The SPF II, which has garnered €201.40 million of capital, targets small and medium-size funds investing in smaller property with development potential. The portfolio will eventually include 150-200 properties divided among around 12 funds.
