Lam Group, a developer of hotel properties, has bought two buildings on Broadway at 30th Street, New York, for $71.9 million.

Lam Group, a developer of hotel properties, has bought two buildings on Broadway at 30th Street, New York, for $71.9 million, GlobeSt reports. The seller was family-run real estate firm Mocal Realty. The deal was brokered by Massey Knakal Realty Services. The Massey Knakal team on the transaction included chairman Robert Knakal, vice chairman and partner John Ciraulo and director of sales Craig Waggner. Daniel Rahmani and Ebi Khalili worked on the deal for Venture Capital Properties, which represented the buyer.
