Skanska’s commercial development Nordic unit is selling an office property in Solna, Stockholm, for €120 million, Property Week reports. The property is being acquired by Norrporten. The acquisition is scheduled for closing in the fourth quarter. The building is 97 percent leased to tenants, including technology consultancy company ÅF which contributed to its design.
