Tim Carmody has joined global engineering IPC Network Services as vice president. He will manage global targeting network engineering strategy focused on extending the IPC financial extranet to further expand the portfolio of completely managed services. Previously, he served at BT Radianz, where he managed the North American engineering team and various revenue providers. Carmody has also designed and integrated financial industry networks.
