Allgress, a provider of IT security solutions to manage security, and Qualys Inc., a provider of IT security risk and compliance management solutions, have agreed to provide a free license of Allgress’ vulnerability analysis module (VAM) for QualysGuard customers.
VAM will provide QualysGuard users extended reporting, analytics, and mitigation workflow. Customers who currently use third party reporting tools can use VAM to import QualysGuard scan data into a central repository, where they can then manage data based on security risk and business context of IT assets within the enterprise.
