Lithuania might borrow $3.8 billion each in the next two years.

Lithuania might borrow $3.8 billion each in the next two years, Bloomberg reports. The funds will be used to finance the country’s budget deficit and refinance maturing debt. The borrowing may decline to $2.37 billion in 2014. The country’s debt is estimated to narrow to 35.4 percent of gross domestic product by 2014 from a predicted 38.1 percent in 2011.
