Berlin Hyp and Erste Bank are financing Atrium European Real Estate’s acquisition of the Palác Flóra shopping centre, PropertyEU reports. The German property lender and the Austrian bank are giving €115 million to Atrium over 10 years.
Atrium paid a total €191 million for the shopping centre in Prague earlier this year. It bought the property from AFI Europe and Avestus Capital Partners.
