Rob Reynolds has joined 3i Debt Management (3iDM) as head of its new credit opportunity fund. He will work under managing director Andrew Golding. Previously, Reynolds was managing director and CIO at Resource Europe. The opportunity fund, which targets investments in bonds, loans and floating-rate notes mainly in Europe, was seeded by 3i Group.
