Siluria Technologies, a developer of methane-based fuels, chemicals and plastics, has secured $20 million in its second round of funding.

Siluria Technologies, a developer of methane-based fuels, chemicals and plastics, has secured $20 million in its second round of funding. The latest investment round was led by Wellcome Trust. Other investors in the series B round included Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Alloy Ventures, Arch Venture Partners, Altitude Life Science Ventures and Presidio Ventures. The company raised $13.3 million from the same group about a year ago, adds Greentech Media.
