BB&T Corp. will acquire Atlantic Risk Management Corp., Bloomberg reports. The terms of the deal, which is expected to be closed by next month, were not disclosed. After the acquisition, the firm will function as BB&T-Atlantic Risk Management, adds Forbes. Atlantic Risk has 45 employees and manages deals for commercial property-casualty coverage and employee benefits.
