The Manchester (N.H.) Deferred Compensation Plan is seeking to appoint a new record keeper and plan administrator, Pensions & Investments reports. The $29 million 457 plan’s incumbent record keeper and plan administrator Hartford Financial Services Group can also participate in the bid. The move is part of the city’s general due diligence process. The three-year contract is likely to commence by the end of the year with two optional two-year extensions.
