Craig Heron will be joining Railpen Investments, Money Marketing reports. Railpen Investments is Railways Pension Trustee Co.’s investment manager.
Heron had lost his multi-manager job at Henderson Global Investors in February along with Mark Harris. Harris has since joined Eden Financial.
