The Korea Teachers Pension Fund (KTPF) has named Byun Chang-Yull chairman for a three-year term, Asian Investor reports. He replaces Joo Sung Do, whose three-year term ended on September 25.
Byun will be responsible for sustaining the performance of the $11 billion fund. Previously, he was associated with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
