William Ewart Properties has sold Royal Victoria Place shopping centre in London to U.K. operator Network Rail, Reuters reports. The Northern Irish property firm has obtained a total of £91.8 million from the sale. The buyer is planning to redevelop the mall to reduce congestion in the station. William Ewart acquired the shopping centre in 2007 for £92.5 million in a transaction funded by Ulster Bank, adds BBC News.
