Saul Centers has paid $168.5 million to acquire three grocery-anchored retail centers in Washington, GlobeSt reports. All the shopping centers are anchored by Giant Food.
The properties are 98-percent leased. Saul Centers operates and manages 58 shopping center and office/mixed-use properties, adds Business Journal.
