Russian Investment Fund Aid For Steel Project

The Investment Fund of the Russian Federation is providing $30.78 million in co-finance for building the Tyumen Electric Steel plant.

The Investment Fund of the Russian Federation is providing $30.78 million in co-finance for building the Tyumen Electric Steel plant, SteelGuru reports. The project is being set up as part of a cooperation agreement between UMMC Steel and the administration of the Tyumen region. The Tyumen region will also participate in the project’s financing and directly invest $18.71 million of its budgets. The total cost of investment in the project is expected to be $677.68 22 million.
