Longbow Closes €278M U.K. Debt Fund

Longbow Real Estate Capital has raised €278 million for its U.K. debt fund from a range of institutional investors.

Longbow Real Estate Capital has raised €278 million for its U.K. debt fund from a range of institutional investors, PropertyEU reports. The product is known as the Longbow U.K. Real Estate Debt Investments II. M3 Capital Partners served as exclusive financial adviser to Longbow. Additionally, Longbow has named David Hunter as chairman. Longbow, which is a U.K. commercial property debt provider, is 51 percent owned by Intermediate Capital Group.
