Hiberno Saxon To Raise £100M For RE Fund

Property investment and asset management company Hiberno Saxon is seeking to raise about £100 million for its first fund that will target commercial real estate in the U.K.

Property investment and asset management company Hiberno Saxon is seeking to raise about £100 million for its first fund that will target commercial real estate in the U.K., PropertyEU reports. As part of this investment management effort, the company has added Richard Huntingford and Simon Cooke to its board as non-executive directors. Cooke has earlier worked at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management and Close Brothers. In 2003, he set up Cooke & Powell. Huntingford has been with Chrysalis Group, Virgin Radio and KPMG. Hiberno Saxon, founded by Tom O’Mahony and Ned Truman, currently has £219.6 million of assets under management.
