KBR Capital Markets has appointed Steve Carson as president and chief compliance officer and Jim Fitzpatrick as senior vice president and national sales manager. Carson was director of legal affairs at NGAS Resources and president and chief compliance officer at NGAS Securities. Fitzpatrick has previously worked with MetLife, AXA Distributors and Steadfast Companies. The Redwood City–based alternative investments firm has also appointed a number of members for its external and internal sales team as well as its support divisions.
