UBS GAM Loses Arkansas PF Mandate

Little Rock–based Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System has dropped UBS Global Asset Management from a global tactical asset allocation strategy.

Little Rock–based Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System has dropped UBS Global Asset Management from a global tactical asset allocation strategy, Pensions & Investments reports. UBS managed $43.3 million in the portfolio.

The pension fund has appointed AQR Capital Management and Newton Capital Management to run the portfolio. Invesco and Grantham Mayo Van Otterloo were also considered for the mandate. The retirement system has been assisted by Callan Associates.
