Social media group Ebuzzing has secured $25 million in a second round of funding.

Social media group Ebuzzing has secured $25 million in a second round of funding, AltAssets reports. Gimv, a European venture capital firm, is investing $14.5 million along with existing shareholders and founder Pierre Chappaz.

The financing will allow the company to speed up its expansion throughout Europe. Ebuzzing was formerly known as Wikio Group, which was launched in 2007.
