MFH Grants $1.5M To Health Nonprofits

The Missouri Foundation for Health has allocated more than $1.5 million to central Missouri’s nonprofit organizations focusing on health-related issues.

The Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) has allocated more than $1.5 million to central Missouri’s nonprofit organizations focusing on health-related issues, Columbia Missourian reports. The grants are part of $7.8 million awarded by the community to nonprofits in its service area. MFH provided the funding to 84 counties in Missouri and the city of St. Louis. The donation offered to ventures in Columbia includes $53,400 to Central Missouri Diabetic Children’s Camp, $200,000 to Family Health Center of Columbia and $100,000 to Phoenix Programs.
