Citigroup has appointed Gary Kuo as vice-chairman of Asia global banking, Bloomberg reports. He will be based in Taipei and will work under Farhan Faruqui, regional head of global banking.
Kuo joins Citi from Barclays Capital, where he was co-head of investment banking for Greater China. Previously, he was associated with Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, adds FinanceAsia.
