Matrix Asset Management has acquired the management of Candela Fund, Citywire reports. Olympus Capital was previously managing the fund, which has been renamed as Matrix Pan-European Equity Fund. The fund will continue to be run by John Barden and Anthony McCarthy. Its investment objective will be to create absolute returns while reducing volatility by investing in large- to midcap stocks in developed European markets.
